How pricing works

Know the scope.
Approve the price.

Every property and load is different. We review the work and explain the quote before anything moves.

What shapes your quote

The load is only part of the picture.

01

Items & volume

How much needs to leave, how bulky it is, and whether special materials need separate handling or disposal.

02

Labor & access

Stairs, long carries, tight doors, disassembly, loose material, and the sorting help your project requires.

03

Scope & logistics

The areas to clear, optional services, loading access, travel, and your deadline. We discuss these before agreeing on the work.

Start with the right information

A single bulky item

Send a photo, your city or ZIP, and whether the item is upstairs, indoors, or already outside.

A room or storage unit

Show the entire space, describe what stays, and mention elevators, gates, or loading restrictions.

A whole property

Share the rooms involved, deadline, access, and any sorting, donation, or resale needs. A walkthrough helps establish a complete scope.

These are project types, not fixed-price packages. Photos help us plan; the final quote is confirmed before work begins.

Optional resale

Separate costs.
A clear account.

The cleanout has its own quote. Managed online resale has a 35% commission on items that sell, plus any marketplace fees explained before approval.

One month of storage is included. At the end of that month, unsold items are donated at no additional charge as included in the agreed initial bid. We discuss donation acceptance and the plan for each item with you.
