What can you help sell?
We review furniture, tools, collectibles, decor, and other household belongings. Condition, demand, handling, and likely sale value determine whether an item is suitable. Not everything will be a good candidate.
What does the 35% commission cover?
Our commission on items that sell covers handling the approved sale items, one month of warehouse storage, and managed online resale through eBay. The cleanout is quoted separately. Any marketplace selling fees are separate and explained before you approve the selling plan.
Do you hold an estate sale at my home?
Our resale service uses managed online listings through eBay. It is not an advertised public estate-sale event at your property. We review suitable items and agree on the selling plan before anything is listed.
Who decides what gets sold?
You do. We agree on the items, sales channels, fees, and plan before listing anything. Keepsakes and items you want to retain are identified first. Selling is optional.
What if the proceeds exceed my cleanout cost?
Any surplus belongs to you. If your cleanout is already paid, your net sale proceeds are returned to you. We explain the payout process and timing as part of your selling plan.
What if an item does not sell?
One month of storage is included. Unsold items are then donated at no additional charge because this is included in the initial bid. Sale prices, sell-through, and timing are not guaranteed. We explain the plan before you approve it.
