We work with homeowners, families, landlords, property managers, renters, and local businesses. Every job begins with a free on-site assessment and a clear quote. Resale is optional, with a 35% commission on items that sell and any marketplace fees explained before approval.

35% commission on items that sell.
Includes handling approved items, one month of warehouse storage, and managed online resale through eBay.
Unsold items are donated after one month at no extra charge; this is included in the initial bid.
The cleanout is quoted separately. Any marketplace selling fees are explained before you approve the plan. Any surplus belongs to you; if the cleanout is already paid, your net proceeds are returned to you.

Do you travel for larger cleanouts?
Yes. We can travel farther for larger estate and property cleanouts. Send your property location, photos, project scope, and timeline so we can confirm the visit. Colorado Springs is outside our service area.
How do you price a full property cleanout?
We consider the item volume, material type, labor, and access. After a walk-through, you receive one upfront price before work begins.
What happens to keepsakes and personal documents?
Identify anything that must stay before work begins. Set aside documents, photographs, valuables, and sentimental belongings, or show us clearly marked keep areas during the walkthrough. We follow the scope you approve.
Can I arrange a cleanout from out of town?
Tell us who is authorized to make decisions and how we can access the property. We can discuss a plan for approvals, progress updates, and completion photos during the estimate.
Do I need items worth selling?
No. Resale is optional. We can quote a cleanout with removal and donation coordination even when there are no suitable sale items.
Do I need to sort everything first?
Not necessarily. Clearly identify anything that must stay, and discuss the rest with our crew during the estimate.
Can you clean out a rental or storage unit?
Yes. We work with rentals, garages, storage units, estates, move-outs, and other residential or commercial spaces.
